These terms cover access to berberstays.com and Berber Stays services: holiday rentals, concierge, experiences, packages and property-management enquiries.

Listings, prices and availability are indicative until Berber Stays confirms in writing (email or WhatsApp).

Demo stay requests are fictional holds for testing; no payment is taken until a payment provider is connected.

Property-management forms are contact requests only; a management mandate starts only after a separate signed contract.

Provide accurate information and use the site fairly, without bypassing security or flooding forms.

For a confirmed stay, guests must follow house rules, check-in/out times and Moroccan law.

Site content, branding and media belong to Berber Stays or their licensors. Unauthorised copying is prohibited.

We take reasonable steps to keep the site available and accurate, without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free service.

We are not liable for indirect loss or third-party services (WhatsApp, future payment gateways, OTAs).

Force majeure may suspend our obligations.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Failing amicable resolution, courts in the Essaouira jurisdiction apply, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
